The Water You Don’t See Can Become a Problem

A small water leak that went unnoticed for years was discovered behind a shower wall, and mold had grown around the affected area. SERVPRO of Jacksonville Northwest removed the bottom four feet of sheetrock and performed mold remediation. We then remodeled the shower, bathroom and flooring. When we were finished, a mold problem turned out to be the bathroom the homeowners had always wanted. This is a great example of our turnkey service.

TIP: Periodically check plumbing and fixtures for broken or cracked gaskets or seals and/or small leaks. The sooner you catch an issue and repair it, the less likely your small leak will become a catastrophe.
